Who we are
This website belongs to Intelligent Business Belgium, trading as MyCreativePartner Benelux, Vooruitzichtstraat 82, 9300 Aalst, Belgium, VAT BE0798.333.556. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data through this website.

Which data we collect
Via the contact form: name, email address and your message or subject (required), and optionally your telephone number, website or social page and how enquiries currently reach you. The short form on other pages asks for your name, email address and subject.
If you contact us directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp: the details you share yourself.
Website use: only if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect statistics about website use through Google Analytics. More on this in our cookie policy.
We do not store enquiries in the website itself. To protect the form against abuse, we keep a counter for 10 minutes based on an irreversible code derived from your IP address; after that it disappears.
Why we use your data
- To answer and follow up your enquiry, and to make a proposal in response to your request. This takes place at your request, prior to a possible agreement.
- To protect the website and the form against abuse (legitimate interest).
- To measure, with your consent, how the website is used. You can withdraw that consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for third-party advertising and do not take automated decisions about you.
External service providers and recipients
We use the following services for this website. We only share what is needed for the function they perform.
- Hostinger: hosting of the website and the email infrastructure through which the form sends your enquiry. Hostinger processes this data on our behalf.
- Google (Gmail): the email service through which enquiries from the form reach us.
- Google Analytics: only after you consent to analytics cookies. Google processes this data on our behalf; the options to share data with Google for other purposes are switched off.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you contact us via WhatsApp yourself. WhatsApp also processes data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done in line with the safeguards that the GDPR provides for this purpose.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries made via the form, email, telephone or WhatsApp that do not lead to a collaboration: a maximum of 12 months after the last substantive contact.
- If you become a client, we record the necessary data in the contractual and administrative file and keep it for as long as the legal obligations for that file require.
- Google Analytics: user-level and event-level data is retained for a maximum of 14 months. Aggregated reporting data may remain available for longer, in line with how Google Analytics works. The
_gaand_ga_*cookies expire after a maximum of 6 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the processing carried out before then.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form is protected against automated abuse without external services such as reCAPTCHA.
